Call for Presentations:
The National Staff Development and Training Association and The National Association for Program Information and Performance measurement invite proposals for its combined professional development conference.
Subject Areas
While suggestions for workshop categories are offered within Web site, they should not be considered exhaustive. NSDTA and NAPIPM invite presentations featuring areas of knowledge, skills and program development representing the wide range of services and programs provided by Training Services, Quality Assurance and Organizational Effectiveness professionals.
Methods
The NSDTA and NAPIPM Institute serves as a forum for the advancement of knowledge and skills of Training Services professionals from beginner to seasoned specialist. The goal of each presentation is to enhance the knowledge and skills of the adult learner. The desired result for each workshop is a participant enriched in knowledge, skills and attitude. Presenters should:

Focus on adult learning exercises and interactive skill building techniques using information sharing as a support activity only. |

Model state-of-the-art training approaches and techniques including but not limited to demonstrations, participant involvement, and trainer-learner interaction. |

Present content, which reflect best practice, innovative products and effective programs supported by empirical or antidotal evidence. |

Draw learning experience from both process and product outcomes. |
