Annual Professional Development Conference
August 29 – September 1, 2010

Dear Colleagues:

In 2010, the National Staff Development and Training Association (NSDTA) and the National Association for Program Information and Performance Measurement (NAPIPM) have joined forces and will be hosting a combined conference from August 29 through September 1, 2010 in Boston, Massachusetts.

This premier event brings together agency directors, training and quality assurance staff, university faculty, administrators, state officials, and executive decision makers from across the county.

As the human services business models change, the integration of technology, training, evaluation, and quality assurance inour systems is critical to increased efficiency. Ffective training, evaluation, and quality measurements are intimately tied together in producing high performance professionals and organizations.

NSDTA invites individuals and work teams to submit one or more proposals using our online Call for Presentations form. Proposals are due no later than Friday, January 29, 2010.

Workshop selection is based on several criteria, including the quality of each proposal, a wide range of presenters, the subject matter and areas of expertise. You will be notified before April 30, 2010.

Presenters are expected to register for the Institute. Due to budgetary constraints, NSDTA does not extend complimentary registrations, travel expenses or honoraria to workshop presenters.

Again, thank you for your interest in the 2010 NSDTA Professional Development Conference and your commitment to advancing the work of human services training professionals.
